Here’s the part nobody’s talking about, though. That same precision might be the reason your cold plunge stopped delivering the punch it used to.

The Upgrade Nobody Questions

Think back to the ice-bag era. Water starts cold, gradually creeps warmer as the ice melts, sloshes around a bit when you move. Messy. Inconsistent. Kind of a pain to manage session after session.
