Every gym has that guy. Stock tank in the parking lot, phone propped up filming his face turn purple, captioning it “recovery > everything.” And somewhere in the comments, someone always drops the buzzkill fact: ice baths blunt muscle growth.
They’re not wrong. But they’re only telling you a third of the story, and the other two-thirds are far more interesting than “don’t do this.”
The Part You Already Know
